  Such a cluster. Other than convenient hours, the office is awful. I had a contact lens exam and the doctor wrote my prescription for dailies instead of biweekly so when I tried ordering them online I was unable to use the RX I had. The lens company tried to get it verified but wasn't having luck. I called on Tuesday afternoon to have the Dr. fax over the correct RX but...there was monitor working that day. I was told to try calling back tomorrow when a different doctor is in, but that most likely she wouldn't write the correct RX since she didn't do the exam. One person working with no doctor. I will never go back again and I need to order glasses. They make Wal-Mart look good.
