  First I’d like to stay the owners and staff are amazing! I was not into working out but I knew I needed to better myself so I took a chance and HEW has me hooked! When I first went in I was extremely nervous but the coaches were all so welcoming and showed me step by step how to do the workout and if I was unable to do something they gave me something different to try which I loved that they did. This was my first week and I can’t wait to see my results, definitely give this gym a try if I could give it more stars I would ! Thank you Neil and Chris!
