  I stood at the front desk waiting for someone to talk to me. The staff is awful. My referral was with my family doctor. Dr. Quintero's secretary could not help me retrieve it...they didn't care that I was there trying to get it. I arrived at 9am, my appointment was at 9:15. At 9:30am Dr. Quintero's secretary told me that she would have to reschedule me. I had been waiting for three months for that appointment, and drove 23 miles. Every times I had an appointment there, I waited a period of almost two hours and saw the doctor for five minutes. A few minutes after I left the office, my family physician called me to let me know they had sent the referral to Dr. Quintero. If the employees had a minimum of interest, they would have had that referral. We patients have no value to doctors...Every time I had a blood test done, no one ever called me to give me the result...not even when I called them and left a message. What is the point of going to a doctor then?
