  The worst customer experience I've had in a while. I showed up to see a film 20 minutes after the start time to avoid commercials and walked up to the ghost town of what was once a movie theater. Upon walking into the theater past the empty ticket booths, one employee greeted me by asking if I was trying to buy a ticket. I said yes and she explained she could not sell me a ticket because the movie had already started. As I asked if there was any way to still see the film another couple walked into the theatre and was also turned away by the solo employee. Management needs help if employees are told to turn away paying customers. If you want to see a film, make sure you arrive on time.
